Oh
how I love standing here reminiscing in the cool of an autumn evening.
I remember back to when I was a kid, having mock fights with my
4 brothers = teasing my 3 sisters - driving mom mad with my cheek!
Ah, I was a good kid really. Didnt get up to any real bad stuff.
That was the Spring of my life - my wonderful childhood. Then Spring
turned to Summer, and I met Austin. In the summer of our lives we
laughed a lot, and cried some, but we raised our kids in a home
filled with love. Summers pass before you ever realise, and Autumn
comes all too soon. Austin got taken from me a year ago to-day.
Soon my Winter will be here. I dont dread Winter. At Winters end
I will meet Austin again, and my heart will sing once more.
