I
love being an Afghan Hound, with my coat combed to perfection, shining
in the sun. I love being tall and elegant, with flowing hair, long ears,
streamlined body, and a tail that perfectly balances me. I think that
I must have come from Egypt. Cant you see me now, sitting alongside
Cleopatra, being fed grapes by my own personal hand (or paw) maidens,
bathing in milk, and lying upon silken cushions.. Or standing proudly
at the bow of a huge barge, sailing down the Nile, kept cool by slaves
who fan me with huge pampas feathers... Oh yes, I am certain that I
was once Egyptian.

remember that there may be some differences between the actual paintings
and the images on the website. The images often do not do justice to the
original because we try to keep the image size minimal so you will have
faster loading time. Also, we do our best to match up colors correctly,
but are not always 100% effective.
