I had the honor of being a guest on AMAZING 102.5 FM for the NAMI Greater Houston podcast with the incredible host & CEO, Angelina Hudson, and special guest Reverend Dr. Stephanie T Wilkins— and wow, what a powerful conversation we had.
We’re diving deep into mental health, healing, and hope — and getting everyone ready for the Mental Health Awards 2025, happening May 10 at Touch of Class Event Center.
One of the most touching moments was when Dr. Wilkins said,
“Grief is the cost of love.”
That one hit my soul.
We are so excited to celebrate the warriors, the survivors, the advocates, and the everyday heroes making a difference in our communities. Let’s keep the conversation going — and let’s give mental health the spotlight it deserves.
